"Clean room. Most of the staff are nice and helpful especially Mr. Yamamoto. He is very nice and considerate. One of the day we stayed was raining heavily and our shoes got wet. He worried that we'd be cold and took the initiative to lend us an electric kettle to boil water."

View of Fuji was majestic and the facilities at the apartment were top notch. Need better English instructions to use the foot bath and the projector.
