I had an excellent experience at this property. The staff is very helpful and accommodating since I do not speak Japanese. My room had everything that I needed and the hotel provides toiletries if you forgot anything. This hotel is very close to the train station, which is very convenient. The only downside is buildings and areas around the hotel are mostly vacant or old. But overall, I would recommend this property to anyone tired of spending lots of money on hotels in the bigger cities.

I really like this chain. The rooms are small, especially the bathroom, but everything is clean, well thought out, and reliable. I love the little touches like the pillow selection, the welcome bar with free drinks, and the friendly, helpful staff. Breakfast is simple — rice, fish, miso soup, and a few other options — but that’s exactly what you need at this kind of hotel. It’s on the opposite side of the tracks from most of the nightlife, but still just a short walk through the station. A great choice for a comfortable night’s stay.

It’s our 2nd time staying at this hotel, 1st time was in 2015 and the hotel didn’t deteriorate at all! It is well maintained. We loved that it’s very near the train station and eating places. Also, with amenities such as laundry area & luggage delivery services. We love that breakfast is included as we can have a hearty meal before exploring Fuji area.

Staff was friendly and accommodated our late checkin. Not a lot of amenities compared to my stay in Super Hotel Osaka but they have the basic amenities. Room was clean and tidy. Close to fuji station and commute is a breeze.

Great stop in Fuji. Breakfast is complete and they have free drinks at night! Cannot complain about anything. They have selection of pillows if you do not fee like using a traditional japanese pillow made out of beads. Highly recommend!

This hotel was very sketchy to me, the outside and when you walk in looks all modern and nice but once I got to my room all I can smell was mold… or just something wet which in my opinion I thought it was mold. Certain areas like the windows and restrooms weren’t very clean. But this was a very affordable hotel for me. I was able to book for just a few days to visit Fuji. However I would definitely recommend booking somewhere closer to Fuji. I was very lucky to have the train station there, next to the hotel. But sadly I felt like other nice places where apart form where I was staying. Staff was SUPER nice if anything I’d book again just for them and the free bar that is included lol.

Small room for two people

I made the mistake of thinking that the single room for double occupancy would be suitable for two people. The room was very small and dingy and unsuitable for two adults with luggage. Also, the bathroom was a pod type more akin to one in a caravan and difficult for someone who is 6'3" to use. The breakfast was good and the staff were friendly.

Ok place to stay.

It was a ok place to stay but the bed was a little low for our liking since my wife has a bad knee and it was a little hard for her to get up from. The pillows were hard, but we were able to pick up additional ones in the lobby, which was good since there were different choices there. The breakfast was good but did not have any allergens listed which was not good due to requiring a gluten free meal. They told us there were no gluten free options. Overall we would not stay here again for the reasons listed above other than that we had a good stay.
