"This hotel has great rooms for cheap prices. Our room had a complication but the hotel staff upgraded our room no questions asked and were very apologetic for the issue. 4 stars. I'd give it 5 stars if there wasn't an issue with the original room, but how the staff reacted to the issue was exceptional!"

"This place was perfect for our stay in Kyoto. With Kyoto Station, multiple konbini options, and Don Quijote being so close and walkable, we had easy access to many notable locations. The room was quite small for two of us, but the amenities available were superb - onsen (with indoor & outdoor bath) and the breakfast with countless options... plus, super attentive and friendly staff.
