"The accommodations were clean and fine. But there is no actual person at the front desk. The job was outsourced and I had to have someone on a screen check me in. This is not an acceptable way to run a hotel. I'd like to interact with a real person in front of me. Won't stay at hotels again that outsource their front desk employee positions overseas."

"Rooms were small and outdated, just didn’t feel luxurious at all. Shower had no pressure, and was 1’x 2’. My back was against wall showering, tub was from the 1980’s. Staff was nice but scarce. Room service was always late. No notable restaurants in Tiburon, none unless you like sitting in a lobby and eating. Had to go to the beach ritz to have decent food. Not impressed at all. Grounds were boring. Felt like a waste of a week. Pool room tvs broken. Cafe coffee was horrendous. I’ve been to 5 ritz hotels now. This was a 2 star out of 5 with 5 star prices. I actually feel like I got ripped off. "
