"Breakfast menu was fine. Staff was friendly and helpful. Trash can was not emptied when room was cleaned. Shower water was impossible to regulate…went from boiling to too cold with a slight adjustment. Disturbance in the parking lot at 2AM on Saturday nite was stressful and altho short lived, interrupted our sleep. Will make us reconsider staying here again. "

I returned a dirty pot and bought my own scrubber. 2 Power outlets in the kitchen framed not working, they would call an electrician, one week still not repaired! Otherwise good spot good location to get to places in Lafayette. Quiet spaces. "

"The lobby area is terrible. Very dirty and neglected. Luckily our room was clean or we would have left. Unfortunately the walls are super thin and every night we were woken up in the middle of the night but loud parties. Would never stay here again."

"Decidedly average hotel booked by my Wife and I for the Lafayette Festival Louisianne. The best thing about the room was the shower due to its amazing water pressure. Otherwise, a few negatives to point out were: the fact that when the air conditioner kicked on it was very noisy, the fact that we could hear the flushing of toilets emanating from other rooms in the hotel, and the fact that our room situated on the 2nd floor facing the front of the hotel was not as sound proof as we would have liked. An example of the lack of sound proofing was the fact that we could hear some people outside our window talking late into the night (albeit the conversation was muffled). For the price of some $300/night"
