Good location & Friendly staff

There was construction site infront of the hotel. Only expensive valet parking. When we asked the house car to pick us up, they promised to get us in 20 minutes. An hour later we got an uber… they have sensored fridges on the room.

The property and room were spotless. Tiki bar in pool area was a nice relaxing area.

Amazing experience. From the staff, to the facilities, to the food and cocktails. One of the best hotels I have ever stayed it, and I have stayed in many. Great decor too.

Gorgeous hotel, you get what you pay for…except parking. It baffles me that you have to pay for parking as a hotel guest. No one is walking there, so charging $30 a night for self parking is crazy to me. Anyway, it is a gorgeous hotel, we had an atrium view room which we paid extra for. We had some food from the sports bar, it was decent, nothing to write home about.

Being Ritz one expects excellent service, but the friendliness and going out of the way to accommodate a client, does come as a bonus! Well done Dallas team, could not be more impressed from the Reception, Concierge, Restaurant to the Spa. What a lovely start of the Year! Thank you 🙏

Very clean, room lovely and spacious we stayed in the king parlor. Valet staff outside were really friendly and helpful made use of their free shuttle transport. What I didn’t like was no coffee/ tea making facilities in the room. Also the coffee in corridor a hassle if you didn’t want to have to get dressed to just get a coffee first thing . Housekeeping was so late in afternoon always seemed to be just as we got back from the day and wanted to just rest up before getting ready for the evening....

Fantastic resort with beautiful rooms, pools and gym. Staff also brilliant with a special mention for linnea carson who was amazing at check in!

Great downtown location and great restaurants!

Great small hotel. Lovely room though curtains do not black out room. Hotel staff seemed excellent- staff in Leonie a bit mixed - mean well but not used to UK guests. Would return happily.

Our stay was very good especially food and ambience.

Excellent hotel

Rooms were nice. Beds were very comfortable
