"Comfortable mattress, clean room, quiet neighborhood. I did have to park a few hundred feet from the property but not a big deal. Good food options within a few blocks walking distance was nice."

"The hotel is conveniently located to Roosevelt row area with many restaurants, public transportation and a short ride to the airport. The rooms are decorated in industrial style and it looks cool in the photos. That’s where it ends. The steel structures are rusted and hard to clean, dust under the beds and on every surface. The bathrooms are opened into the room ( be design) and therefore are not sound and order proof. The mattress was very comfortable and the view from the 7 th floor was nice. There is street parking so you don’t have to park in the parking lot and pay $35/ day. When we asked the hotel staff if street parking is safer, the answer was it’s the same. Anyone can walk into the hotel’s parking lot. Lastly, they give a $15 credit towards the restaurant. The coffee is superb. Breakfast options are limited and they often run out of stuff"

"No local TV, only Roku. Room temp never dropped below 74 no matter how low thermostat was set, and no "light block" curtain for late sleepers. Nice pool area, but no hot tub. Kitchen was nice to have, but didn't use. Everything else very nice and comfortable."

"I was in town for a concert and the venue was a 5-minute walk from the hotel. I stayed in this area before and the hotels were bad. The Central Phoenix is at the time I stayed going through renovations. The room was updated and clean. The one thing I missed was "coffee", you'd think it would be easy to put a 2-cup brewer in the room. Also, a safe would be nice. The staff were nice."

"Always have a great stay here! I have no complaints. Rooms and hotel is very clean and comfortable. Food is great and the staff is very welcoming and professional. There are stores nearby such as cvs or circle k. "

"This place was great! Sure there are little things that could use a little touch up but so what (don’t act like you don’t have things you could fix around your house too!) but the people and the vibe make up for a small flaw here or there. Everyone we interacted with was so kind and helpful. They genuinely acted like they like their jobs- which is so rare anymore. The motel is a vibe- but I am here for it!!!! I love the mid-century modern feel. I loved everything from the parking signs to the mural on our room wall. The bed was so comfortable and we really appreciate the disclosure you sign before you arrive about the possibility of noise. We didn’t stay on the weekend but we did get to partake in a little market that was happening on the property when we arrived. All in all, this place is great! I am so happy I found it. "
