The AC on the property was working very fine. The whole area was just pretty sketchy all of the weed to get handicap parking right in front of our room on the first floor. I was a bit worried about our car out there all night, but nothing happened! Staff was very friendly.

It got the job done for a one night stay, but the walls were filthy and it smelled horrible. Lots of bugs and only a sheet for bedding and towels that seemed dirty. The one staff I talked to was nice. There were folks yelling and pounding on doors all night

The room was clean. The staff were extremely polite, and tried to turn down a tip for housekeeping. It appears management is working to upgrade the hotel. The artwork is interesting in a good way, This is why I don’t give a 1 rating The bathroom door was missing the trim and could NOT be opened quietly. There was one blanket for two beds. Pretty sure there was no hair dryer. Oh, and you could see the whole room from the outside through the peephole. Also the room did not feel terribly secure. This is why I couldn’t give a 3.

The staff was extremely friendly. They were clearly working on the rooms and the pool area because you could tell there was a lot of construction mess everywhere. But you could tell they also did not clean the rooms as well as they should have. There was mysterious stains on the walls. I sat down to go pee, and the door was closed, and I could see drips of some kind of liquid all over the door. I swear there was a booger on the wall on my left. There was mold in the bathroom. The parking lot only has one entrance.

The staff was courteous very helpful easy to talk to very helpful it was my very first time booking a hotel and the experience was nice the staff explained why the holding fee was high because I booked through third party they said please don't smoke in the room I don't smoke so that wasn't a issue but when I got to the room it smelled like who ever had the room before me was smoking it smelled like cigarettes other then that really quit place and convenient location

Where do i start? First of all, all we ever need is a clean shower and no bugs to make me happy. Valley Inn failed that simple metric. The conditionnof the place was terribly worn down. The doorframes were busted. It was clean as it would be if my 14 yrmear old cleaned; an attempt was made. But the bugs... that i cannot abide. There were cockroaches everywhere. I simply cannot recommend this place.

While the room floor and bathroom counter were clean and reeked of bleach upon entering, the positive reviews unfortunately stop there. I don't need a lot of frills but this experience was lacking many essentials (some listed as amenities on their site were missing). If you are on a business trip like we were I don't recommend this spot. -Not a safe neighborhood. Aside from smashed window cars in the parking lot, our Doordash order for amenities the motel lacked was stolen within five minutes of delivery. - Smoke alarm ripped out -Dirty shower floor -No toilet paper holder -No hand towels -Only bar soap, no shampoo or conditioner - No soap dish - No hair dryer - No iron and ironing board - The only linens were the flat and fitted sheets. When we asked for blankets (45-50 degrees at night during this time of year) we were told to walk around the property and find the maid ourselves. - walkways and walls all in need of cleaning The photos are deceptive, I should have read the reviews more carefully before booking.
