"Nice staff and clean property. The beds were extremely uncomfortable and the pillows small and flat. I would say the pictures in the listing are better than the real thing. This is an older hotel that has been fixed up, but still has the layout and aesthetic of an old Red lion. The pool was open And great, although the cabanas and fire pit the pics show were not set- up and cornered off on the pool deck. Our room was poolside and that was an excellent location with access to the pool and a nice little patio. Everything was clean and the staff was great! My biggest complaint was just that it’s an older hotel with low ceilings, small dark room rooms, and the beds and pillows weren’t comfortable."

"This is an older hotel but is perfectly acceptable. Our room was on ground level with access to a fairly private lawn area with a fountain. Very quiet and in a good location for Spokane Valley activities and a quick access to downtown Spokane."

"This is our go to place when staying in Spokane Valley. Classic breakfast bar included with stay, pool and hot tub, consistently clean rooms, staff are friendly and helpful, and the pet area is located close to preferred pet rooms. There’s an elevator that makes travel through the hotel nice. "
