"No hot water all weekend!!"

"Parking was convenient.,lobby is Hugh but they do not have seats for people who can't stand in line .the were a few handicapped people in line including myself... breakfast not offered...the clerk gave my the room number and the key...when I got to the room it had not been cleaned..door was open..bed had not sheets on it...I saw the housekeeping crew up the hallway..I called for them to come check my room . nothing had been wiped down..so I had to sit there while they cleaned the room... carpet was dirty ..paper and crumbs everywhere..they did not vacuum....needless to say I will not be stay there again... sewage was terrible every time I flushed the toilet it got backed..would not recommend this place for anyone..not even girls one night stand.."

"Breakfast left a lot to be desired. Coffee was poor and very little to choose from. Lobby did not have comfortable furniture which acted as dining room."

"The room smelled, the toilet was slow to flush everything, everything looked very dated, nothing to wipe off gym equipment and the restaurant was closed so you could not get food after breakfast. The staff were very nice and helpful but the property needs to be renovated."

"I stay here for weekend work in Cleveland and it is perfect for me. There was no freezer in the fridge, I needed that, all rooms are different though. All my rooms have been very clean and comfortable. I appreciate the staff not pounding on my door for cleaning as I work nightshift and I sleep during the day. Friendly Staff! I also love that there are so many different choices for places to eat. Also there is a Walmart/Dollar General and Dollar tree nearby. Among others. Great Area!"

"This is our FAVORITE local hotel to escape away to! We love it here. The rooms are so perfect and always clean. The room decor is different and cute. And so are the shades. There's a pool table in the lobby. The staff is always pleasant."
