The room was clean, and the staff were very helpful. However, the four-person room was small and couldn't fit three large suitcases to open at the same time. There was no wardrobe, only a clothes rack. The location is near the subway station, and there are convenience stores and restaurants nearby.

This is an amazing hotel where all rooms have ocean views. We had a twin room which was extremely spacious and came with a fridge, kettle, coffee machine and air conditioning, We found the free shuttle bus to and from the nearest metro station really helpful as it would have been too far to walk. The infinity pool was wonderful too and Staff were very helpful. We will definitely come back to the Fullerton.

Lovely stay again, we stayed last year and were so impressed we decided to that we return again. Highly commendable staff and a pleasure to have stayed here.

We have visited JW MARRIOTT HK to celebrate our return to Hong Kong after 20 years and at the same time celebrating our 25th wedding anniversary . Gorgeous pool and great services and great size room

ALL OF THE STAFF WERE EXCEPTIONAL AND WE LOVED THE HOTEL ,LOCATION 10 MINUTE WALK TO CENTRAL AND PACIFIC PLACE. NOT ALL FACILITIES ARE OPEN BUT THE HOTEL MET OUR NEEDS. WE ARRIVED FROM DUBAI AT 07.15 AM AND WERE CHECKED IN IMMEDIATELY (CHECK IN OFFICIALLY 14.00). THIS WAS GREAT SERVICE AT NO EXTRA COST.

Very good property and value for money

This was our second stay at The Hari after having an issue with a visa. We returned and the staff were very helpful. If you can get breakfast included we would recommend as not many options in surrounding area. We used the A11 bus from the airport which stops 2 minutes away

The Onyx gym is excellent with full gym equipment and facilities. Staff were courteous and very helpful. Highly recommended if a good gym is a priority

Overall, the hotel is really nice. Rooms are spacious and well furnished and the beds are very comfy. No issues during our stay whatsoever and the location is pretty good too. Close to a lot of coffee shops and food places nearby. The only thing I wish the room had is a decent sized mirror in the room whilst getting ready.

We recently stayed at the Kowloon Shangri-la and had a mixed experience. The location is absolutely fantastic, right in the heart of the city with easy access to major attractions, restaurants, and public transportation. Excellent as always! I wouldn't consider using another similarly priced hotel in Causeway Bay as Lanson Place is just the perfect place for a biz trip stay. No doubt you can get cheaper, but LP is the tops for style and comfort.

Pros: Staff warm and excellent, room great and 2 mins from MTR Cons: Partially obscured view Tip There is no down escalator at the A3 exit of the MTR. The lift is at the back of the entrance some 20 yards away.

Overall an excellent hotel! Very well presented throughout, including the lobby, pool area and outdoor terrace bar. Our room was well equipped and came with a fantastic view of Victoria Harbour. Breakfast lacked choice for my liking and could be improved, but overall would recommend and stay here again.

We had booked a harbour view room ( recommended!) and asked for a room near the top of the building - the views were magnificent.
