"The hotel has a free shuttle from SFO. It's supposed to run every 30 minutes but there's no way it can - since it makes multiple stops. It was about 20 minutes late when it got to us. So it's best just to go out and wait and not rely on it being there every 30 minutes.. The hotel was about a 15-minute shuttle ride. There's nothing really around the area for dining etc. So kind of have to eat at the hotel. The Restaurant isn't bad, it's smaller and was quite busy when we were there. But it has a decent selection of sandwiches, a few entrees, full bar and some desserts. More than adequate for an evening meal or snack. Prices weren't bad for the area either. Around $20 for a large bacon burger with a lot of fries. The hotel itself is a Hilton legacy hotel. So it's older but keeps the Hilton standard. It's been updated and it does show some wear. More than adequate for an overnight stay. Large room, comfortable, airy, bright. All rooms are non-smoking. Free Wi-Fi, lots of channels on the TV. Definitely a solid choice if you're staying overnight in the area. There's also no Resort fee."

"The location of the hotel adjacent to Nob Hill is a definite plus. Check in was somewhat confused as the clerks stood chatting generally ignoring arriving guests. Once they got going heck in was quick and complete. On the arrival to the room the sun was shining on windows that appeared not to have been washed since the building was built. That said the room was fine and well equipped if not a little small."

"The hotel is a little dated, ripped cushions by pool etc. It was nice to have easy parking and the desk staff gave us a beautiful curbed room with a great view and light. We did think we had bought the breakfast so who knows wish they had made some type of concession. We did use a 3rd party so maybe they should fix that communication. Nice location for walking around."

"The room was clean, breakfast was amazing!!! I also used the gym, which was small but sufficient. Great location with plenty of good restaurants nearby. We will definitely stay there again ."
