"I booked a double queen bed room for two people, however I got a pull out bed without bed-set and woke up with heavy back pain. The bed set was requested by me and it was delivered to a different room. Eventually I got it at 10:30pm. The toilet seat was flipped out and I almost fell off. There was no space for sitting in the breakfast room. Even though, the staff told us we received presidential quality room when I complained during checking out. It was the worst experience ever. I hope one day the president will have a chance to stay there, but not me."

The bed was hard and ancient. We asked for extra pillows and were refused. And to top it all off, there were cockroaches. Whomever gave this place a high mark had to be high on crack"
