"Terrible stay, the floors were so filthy we had to wear shoes otherwise our feet were black with gunk after walking on them one time. Also the shower and sink faucet sprayed everywhere. One sheet had gross stains another bedsheet had a big hole.. the bottom outs edge by floor of the toilet was so disgusting it was orange/yellow with pee etc. The noise was loud because they were working on the room beside us. We tried calling the front but they would never answer. We had no choice but to stay there because no other hotels were available with a big event in town. Management show give a refund and also have that room deep cleaned and sanitized. I have pics!"

"No bad parking spot even if you arrive late in the evening. Staff was very nice and helpful for all needs. Room was very clean. Only complaint was the low water pressure in shower. This is my fourth stay at this property. I’m in this area each year and will book again next April!"

"We had a late check-in and the gentleman at the front desk (Keith I believe) was very helpful. Made our stay very pleasant."

"Beds had stains and the bathroom were stain and not very clean for paying over $200 a night! Wish I would have looked for another place."

"The staff was helpful with complaints. There were at least 20 dead bugs in the light in the bathroom. The only over head light was out. We called it in the first night at 5:15pm and was never replaced. The front door knob wasn't working properly. The light would turn green when you used the door key but it wouldn't disengage the lock until you messed with it a lot. We had to get the staff to help us with it at midnight."

"Location was very convenient and there was plenty of parking. The hotel staff at check-in was extremely polite and the check-in process was quick and easy! "
