Great location in the museum quarter, close to everything, Very friendly and helpful staff. The rooms are clean. There is not a kettle in the room but you can get a coffee or tea downstairs.

Good place
Nice place. You get a feeling of staying in an authentic Amsterdam building. Though no elevators as most old building don't have them, and crazily steep stairs. We stayed on the top floor with a balcony. Nice to stay hang out every now and then

The customer service is outstanding! Shout out to Peter who was very accommodating and kind. Safe neighborhood. Many tourist attractions within walking distance. I was most surprised with the breakfast at Hotel Washington. It was excellent, from the crepes, sausages and pastries. Best part was the coffee, freshly ground beans, individual servings.
