The staff was very responsive and helpful. I'm handicapped and originally we were on the top floor, no elevator, but they were kind enough to move us the next day. They were also very informative about the area, how to return to the airport. All of Amsterdam is wonderful for moving around!

No elevators and steep stairs!! But an excellent location!! I’d stay here again (even though I walk with a cane). The staff helped me with my luggage and all went well.

Decent stay. Very loud in the mornings between construction and housekeeping. Walls are very thin. Slightly uneasy how you have to leave your key with reception every time you leave and they don’t check to make sure you are the room holder when you ask for the key back. Overall excellent location staff very helpful. Very basic hotel - bring all toiletry items you need.

Close to the train station and canals. Easy access to tours. The stairs are very dangerous and not suitable for many people. There is a need for some method to get the bags upstairs otherwise good enough. 24 hour reception. Very helpful. The room was tiny but i spent very l8ttle time there.

The staff was very nice and helpful. The location was great. The stairs were treacherous with luggage. The room was clean but very basic. Felt like a college dorm room with almost no amenities. The shower went from hot to cold and back depending on who else was showering. The most concerning part was leaving the key each time we left, but never asking for id. We just told them which room and they gave us a key.

This stay was perfect for my needs, I traveled alone and felt safe. I spent most of my time outside so i just needed a place to sleep. If you want more of that glamour hotel experience, this is not the place for you. It was so close to everything. Clean space but yes the stairs are stressful when you have to bring up your luggage. Overall, I would stay here again if I were to travel alone.

Very near to Central Station, and Dam Square. Plenty of restaurants and food outlets near at hand. Very friendly and helpful staff. I thoroughly recommend this hotel and would stay there again.
