Floor heating keeps the room around 30 degrees Celsius, while the outside temperature is half that. This means you have to turn on the air conditioning if you want to sleep.

Do not stay here. The room’s carpet had dried out vomit and the bed sheets had hair from previous guests. Dirtiest room ive ever seen we didnt even want to use the beds and showers and left the next morning. This should a 1 star hotel.

Hallway was stained and smelled terrible. Window opened onto walkway which was really loud as people would kick the windows. Fine for a couple of nights but wouldn’t stay any longer

The hotel needs reparations. The room was the most uncomfortable one we have ever been to. Didn't has air conditioning just a couple of small fans that made imposible to sleep.

Nice place for couple night stay

Nice place to stay for our one night. Would stay here again, especially if for a couple days. Tram stop 3 minutes away, museums 3-10 min away and beautiful park 30 seconds away.

Bed always comfy and staff nice as usual, been here 5 times and loved every time! Perfect spot to walk to Van Gogh etc, most places aren’t that far of a walk to get to from here

We stayed 4 days. Good size room and very clean. The location is excelent, very close to the museums and to the city center. The staff is wonderful, very polite and kind. Breakfast buffet very good. We love it and we definitely book again.

The property is in the heart of Amsterdam. It is easy to get anywhere from the hotel. We stayed in a room in the third floor with windows that open at the top only three inches. It was 95 degrees outside with no air conditioning and no way to cool down our room temperature which made sleeping extremely difficult.
