When booking the hotel, at NO TIME was it informed that it was necessary to make additional payment for some basic items: towel, toilet paper, soap for showering, that's right, we didn't have these items that are basic, when questioning the attendant, she said that there was nothing I could do and that I should have looked on their official website and that this information SHOULD be on hotels.com as I booked there.
The photos in the ad do not reflect the quality of the rooms, we stayed at the hotel for 4 days but on no day they went to clean the room, they just went in and folded the toilet paper.
We were very frustrated with the hotel facilities as well as the fact that we had to pay ADDITIONALLY for towel, toilet paper and bath soap.
The word that best describes the stay was terror.
When questioning the possibility of cancellation, they informed me that if I canceled I would lose the entire amount paid. Anyway, I don't recommend the hotel and even an uber that caught me pointed out that I'm not the only guest to complain, I even believe that Hotels.com should ask for a minimum of quality to offer the hotels on the site.
In addition, the bed was not made, that's right, a sheet and blanket was folded for me to make my bed.
