Staff were extremely kind, and helpful, especially as we did not speak much Dutch. Room was very cozy, the bedding was very comfortable and felt high quality. Owner was very friendly and helpful The hotel is old and very very charming with an amazing view of the canal. However it was definitely not clean, very dusty and our toilet was not cleaned properly upon our arrival. I believe even an old space should be clean.
