Really liked how close it was to shopping and restaurants. Would stay there again and mineshaft had a wonderful breakfast buffet that was affordable right night door."

"Location is very convenient when we're visiting family in West Bend. Always clean, quiet. Although I think they "gave" our room to another guest who arrived before we did, they had a room available for us, just not as close to the front as we had requested. It just made it noisier for other guests when we carried our luggage to the room rather late. No problem!"
