Excellent hotel, fantastic service and great location. We stayed in the Level and believe it was excellent value for money. We were well looked after throughout, the hotel was immaculate, all the food excellent and a great drinks selection. The hotel offers easy access to the beach and Alicante itself. Would recommend and would happily stay again. Only issue we had was that the Expedia page states they offer free airport transfers. The hotel do not offer this so this should be removed from the...

Holiday stop with my sister. Very quiet hotel no noise from the road from my room. Rain shower was superb. Strangely , there was no fan in the bathroom to vent moisture and odours, and the single slide window was quite small, possibly 40 cm by 100 cm in total, with an opening of 20 x 80 cm . Air conditioner produced cool air even when set to 15 degrees. Bed was firm and 2 types of pillows soft and firm were ideal. The breakfast choice was excellent really worth the price. A choice of...

From start to finish we have had a very enjoyable stay - very rest full the staff are very helpful and friendly particularly Davide serving our drinks and Javier helping me with my return flight when experiencing problems. From 7-8 there are complimentary drinks and canopies served which is a very nice touch. My room was wonderfully comfortable over looking the Golf Course I really have had a wonderful break.
