Family get together

Very central hotel with easy walking distance to all the historic sights and beautiful squares. We were visiting family in Las Baies, and found the access in and out of the city and reserved parking, very straightforward.

Warm welcome, excellent stay

We were warmly welcomed by Max. He also arranged for our taxi pickup to train upon departure. Hotel is well maintained and very clean, comfortable bed, sheets and pillows. We will certainly stay again when returning to Elche.

Clean but noisy hotel with very small rooms.

When booking I had booked a double room for single use ( I understood from Hotels.com that it could be either a double bed or two singles together and I was OK with that. What I got was a small room with one single bed that was uncomfortably narrow for a 6’3” person. The hotel blamed Hotels.com and Hotels.com blamed the hotel but either way I was stuck with it for at least one night because no other hotels were available in the center. To be fair the hotel is very clean and well maintained. Elevators are small. I could hear everything in the room, anytime a person spoke nearby to toilets being flushed in the rooms overhead. The mattress was of poor quality and didn’t make for a comfortable night’s sleep. I checked out the next morning whereby I had originally planned to stay for two nights. The width of the room was about 6.5ft

Nice hotel just off the main centre & 10 minutes walk to the bus & train station, has a kettle in the room, would stay again if visiting Elche.
