"I was given underground parking for 9 nights free in a spacious carpark, extremly friendly staff, when you walk by any hotel staff always greeted with hello or good day, food at the Coucheron restaurant was great in the evening overlooking the pink lake.

"Amazing customer service, very friendly and helpful, no language barrier as the receipion staff spoke English well. Went out of their way to lend me a phone charger plug. Place was the perfect location to Alicante University, clean and quiet, easy access on tram to city centre. Good selection of buffet breakfast and again friendly staff. Would stay again!"
