I have stayed in many five-star hotels around the world, but this stay left a truly lasting impression. From the moment we arrived, the staff were exceptionally warm, welcoming, and attentive. Their hospitality made us feel genuinely valued as guests. The breakfast was outstanding with an incredible variety and quality that was simply the best we’ve experienced. The amenities were excellent, and every detail of the hotel reflects elegance and comfort. What makes the stay even more special is the rich history of this iconic property—it’s not just a hotel, it’s a landmark experience. I can confidently say this was more than just a stay; it was an unforgettable experience. Going forward, I will always choose the Taj Group of Hotels whenever possible. A special mention to Aniket and Mahendra at breakfast, who were always attentive, efficient, and ensured everything ran smoothly. Rajan and Kajal were prompt and responsive, taking great care of all our in-room needs. The cleanliness throughout the property was outstanding. Vinit, the housekeeping manager, deserves particular appreciation—he was just as impressive during our previous stay as well, consistently maintaining high standards. "Everything was absolutely AMAZING at this hotel...next level AMAZING, from the second you enter the hotel lobby, an aroma of flowers hits you...the smell was out of this world AMAZING. It smelled like a beautiful French Garden. I've never experienced anything like it before. The staff is also next level AMAZING, every little detail is though out too, so you feel like the most important person and felt so welcomed!!! We felt like royalty. The room was perfect with a Sea View, the bathroom had a shower and separate soaking tub and all amenities...robe, slipper, natural loofah for exfoliating your body and everything else one would need to use in a bathroom. We had fresh flowers and fresh fruit ready for us to enjoy. Our mini fridge was stocked with drinks, chocolate bar, milk for coffee and tea. Also had a french press to make fresh coffee in our room. The only thing that could be improved...the mattress was a little too firm but the bedding was AMAZING and very luxurious, so that made up for the mattress being too firm. Thank you for a Totalling AMAZING hotel experience!!! I was unforgettable!!!"

"We loved our stay at the President and I struggle to understand the lower ratings on some booking sites. The room was extremely clean, the bed very comfortable and the common areas were also very clean and bright. The hotel team are fabulous and always there to assist if needed. The breakfast is great and after three months in India it was good to have the choice of an Italian restaurant and the food was amazing, very authentic. The pool is great and partially shaded for most of the day which was great as the temperature topped 40 degrees on a couple of days. Finally, The aqua line metro at Cuffe Parade is one minute from the hotel lobby. Thoroughly recommend "
