This is one of the best stays I’ve ever had in a hotel, and the main reason is the fantastic staff. They were friendly, helpful and accommodating. The hotel is in a good position, with amazing views. The food in the bar is wonderful. We’ll definitely e back!

We had a wonderful relaxing week at Vale da Lapa in April with our two young sons. The villa was spacious, well equipped and cleaned every day if you want it to be. The swimming pools are great and the boys loved them. It was quite quiet the week we were there, so we often had them to ourselves. We also used the spa facilities and these were great too. We stayed at the Episode Sana for 4 nights. We went to relax and whine down, so the location was a perfect spot for us. If you want to. Excellent hotel with friendly staff, with good very clean rooms. The location is good within a short walk to two areas with bars and restaurants. The old town is a ten minute taxi ride (about 6 Euro) were there is a greater choice of bars and restaurants, street entertainment and shops. Stylish spa hotel, with great accommodation and beautifully manicured gardens. Even has its own man made beach in the grounds in addition to the pool area. Plenty of sun loungers and umbrellas. Amazing stay, this place is a slice of paradise!

This hotel is a gem. We have been going there for years and shall be returning again. As soon as you step in this place, you enter a haven of tranquility and peacefulness. We stayed for 7 days at Vila Petra in January and overall it was a very enjoyable stay. The hotel is located at the less busy end of the Strip and the surroundings are quiet and pleasant. The check-in was effortless and quick, and the email communication before arrival was helpful. Lovely quiet hotel, great food and choice. Even in busy times the restaurant is well managed. Good to have a choice of swimming pools also and we always got a sunbed in the patio pool.

This was a great hotel apartment with excellent facilities, particularly those travelling with young children. The apartment had a modern kitchen, huge dining/living area, bedroom for the kids with their own toilet/shower and a master on-suite bedroom. Plus a decent balcony overlooking the pool. I travelled to Vilamoura with my mother and my three children. We occupied two twin rooms during our four night stay. The rooms were very clean and spacious. It surpassed all of our expectations I love the shower and deep bath tub . The staff were extremely kind, courteous and professional and went the extra mi.
