This was an excellent experience on all levels, they arranged our transfer from Airport no problems at check in, complimentary cold drink waiting at the check in desk. A great family friendly hotel, it felt like several hotels in one. One end had a child friendly pool, play area and the kids club, round the corner was the adult/teens area with larger slides and music. This Hotel is the perfect all rounder, I have come for 3 years now and keeps getting better each time! The facilities, food and entertainment is great for families and couples with the best balance of value. What really is standout is the staff, they are the most friendly and fun people you can imagine. The animation team are the best really good from Adam, MoMo and Hoem absolutely fantastic hospitality. Fully recommend coming.
