We booked a weeks break with another couple, it was our 30th wedding anniversary. The hotel was spotlessly clean and service was excellent. The food was great and also the themed restaurants were excellent especially the Alexandria. Kareem who worked on the 24hour lobby bar was funny, very polite and looked after us.

We read excellent review about the Oberoi and they responded to all our expectations. The food was delicious and fresh. The staff was very attentive to details. We chose a room with a private swimming pool in the back garden. It was nice to have a quiet place to read and play with my son of 9 years old. We were also there for the Easter break holiday and the staff organised a nice cocktail on the terrasse watching the stunning moonlight, some activities for the children on Easter morning and...

Fantastic hotel. Stayed here for a week with my wife and from the moment we set foot into the hotel the service from staff members was exceptional. Every staff member treats you with the utmost respect and care from concierge to the domestic services team. The room we had was amazing with an exceptional view. The amenities in the hotel were fantastic especially the La Perla spa on level 2. Overall nothing to fault with this hotel. They even had a snack shop to buy any drinks or souvenirs. Thank...

I loved everything about the hotel, especially the staff (Emad, Ehab and Elia at the pool) and Ahmed and Eva in the restaurant. The treatment of Othman the receptionist is excellent..... I do not recommend using the spa because the staff is very bad and the price list is not fixed. The hotel is close to the airport and you do not need to leave the hotel, it is a paradise

Great stay! Special thanks to front desk team— they were warm, professional, and made our family feel truly welcome. Would definitely stay again!

This was an excellent experience on all levels, they arranged our transfer from Airport no problems at check in, complimentary cold drink waiting at the check in desk. Food was of a high standard and varied each day, specials offered each day in main restaurant. The food at the different bars around the pool and on the beach also very good. Room we had was a pool/sea view, quite spacious very clean, good cleaning service, bed was a little hard but that is a personal point, it certainly did not...

Another fantastic Rixos stay, faultless

Great hotel

I have no faults with our stay! Everything was amazing. Pictures of the hotel do not do it justice, the hotel was beautiful and clean!

Superb hotel and facilities. Beautify private beach, good food and excellent Animation team.

Enjoyed 11 nights and planning a return trip. Requested room near beach, received this. Luggage taken to room for us. Main restaurant was ok, chose to eat in Four Corners 8 out of the 11 nights which was excellent - felt like it has more clear choice, good quality and nice surroundings. Pool bar food menu changes each day, pool waiters serving drinks if you are finding it difficult to lift your head off your lounger! Grounds are immaculate and there seems to be an army of staff to keep the whole...

Fantastic staff that just couldn’t do enough for you

A great family friendly hotel, it felt like several hotels in one. One end had a child friendly pool, play area and the kids club, round the corner was the adult/teens area with larger slides and music. There was then the beach area which also had its own relaxed atmosphere. My room was spacious and clean and the cleaner was very attentive and keen to check all was Ok. The food options were many and varied, three a la carte restaurants which could each be used once, a wide selection in the main...

I really love this hotel. It’s so beautiful in a very quiet area of Makadi Bay. My room was huge, and I had a lovely view of the pool. I asked for a quiet room and they gave that to me. I had a few issues but I spoke to Hager (customer relations) and the General Manager and all was resolved quickly and I stayed on two extra days. The food is varied and there is a lot of it. Try their specialised restaurants as they are a treat (you need to book). The hotel should stock decaf coffee but I think...

Stunning hotel, lovely staff, and a wonderful variety of food. Perfectly located on a quiet private breach. The hotel describes itself as "six star". It lives up to this.

We recently stayed at Alkasr Sahl Hasheesh and had a great experience overall. The hotel is still quite new, so everything feels very modern, fresh, and clean. The rooms are spacious, comfortable, and well maintained throughout our stay. The food quality was very good for an all inclusive resort, with a good variety and several restaurants to choose from. The beach is large, clean, and very relaxing. The gym was another highlight — well equipped with a great range of machines. A special thank...

Absolutely loved staying here!

We had a great stay in Iberotel Makadi beach. The grounds were clean and well kept. The room was clean and pleasant. Staff is friendly and makes you feel at home and the beach/amenities are very good. I recommend this hotel and will be going back again in my next visit to Egypt
