"This hotel has very good location just 4 min walk to haram. I would say it is very clean and room has enough space for big family as we stayed in family suite. I feel like another home. Breakfast isn’t to bad. Room service is excellent, friendly staff, cleaning person called Farhan is the excellent, the hotel has 5 shops where you can buy things also 2 clean barbershops so you can do haircuts after umrah. I would recommend to get this hotel I rated this hotel 4 star "

"It was the most terrible experience of our life. We paid more than $700 /night but the place was not even 1* The room was small, ants crawling and small washroom with no towels. We are both over 65 and hotel was on a mountain. We want a full REFUND. "

"An excellent five star hotel which is luxurious. It has the easiest and quickest lifts to make your way to the kabah, 1 lift from reception and you are outside. Breakfast and dinner is amazing with lots of options in the buffet. The hotel has an amazing kabah view - I would highly recommend staying at the hotel. "
