No meu caso, o quarto apresentou um problema inicial: a janela não trancava, mas foi consertada rapidamente. O atendimento na recepção variou — a funcionária que me atendeu pela manhã foi um pouco ríspida, mas as demais foram muito prestativas, oferecendo ótimas orientações sobre os pontos turísticos da cidade.
O café da manhã é excelente, com variedade e equipe bastante atenciosa. Já o quarto tem alguns pontos a melhorar: o travesseiro era muito alto e duro, e as camas de solteiro um pouco estreitas.

The housekeeping service was punctual and paid great attention to detail.
The breakfast had an exceptional selection and taste/quality rivaled any hotel I’ve ever been in. Even the lunch buffet had many options, excellent quality, great tasting, and very reasonable priced.
Th front desk staff spoke English, were friendly, helpful, and professional.
The location is perfectly situated in Savassi and everything you would need is within walking distance to include nice restaurants.
The gym is nothing to brag about but I just paid for a one month membership (which was inexpensive) at a gym that was just a 10-12 minute walk down the street.
The price I paid was the equivalent that I would pay for a typical hotel in the US but with 4-5 star service and amenities.
My only complaint was that the WiFi signal in my room was intermittent but it could have been my room specifically.
