Parking was nearby, needed to ask front desk to open, however. Could have been streamlined. This area is great, in the heart of BH and close to attractions such as the Central Market, CCBB, and others. We arrived at night and felt very safe. The hotel itself is old and simple, and this was the negative highlight of our stay. Sheets were stained, the bed was hard and uncomfortable. The breakfast was poor. Overall a fair experience for the cost, but I would not stay there again.

Limpeza terrível, quarto sujo, com formigas, empoeirado, muito mofo, café da manhã péssimo, paredes descascadas, porta do banheiro aos pedaços. O que salva o hotel realmente são os funcionários, muito solícitos e queridos.

O hotel possui ótima localização, próximo a transporte público, farmácias e outros serviços, o que torna a estadia bastante conveniente. O custo-benefício é bom, principalmente por incluir café da manhã. No meu caso, o quarto apresentou um problema inicial: a janela não trancava, mas foi consertada rapidamente. O atendimento na recepção variou — a funcionária que me atendeu pela manhã foi um pouco ríspida, mas as demais foram muito prestativas, oferecendo ótimas orientações sobre os pontos turísticos da cidade. O café da manhã é excelente, com variedade e equipe bastante atenciosa. Já o quarto tem alguns pontos a melhorar: o travesseiro era muito alto e duro, e as camas de solteiro um pouco estreitas. Em resumo, é uma boa opção para quem busca preço acessível, boa localização e praticidade em uma estadia curta.

Precisa de reformas e melhorias urgente

O hotel é extremamente antigo e necessita urgentemente de melhorias na infraestrutura. Por estar localizado no centro da cidade, o barulho da rua é constante e não há qualquer isolamento acústico — portanto, não recomendo para quem busca descanso ou silêncio. Quarto: A cama é desconfortável e bastante dura. Não há tomadas acessíveis próximas à cama e o ambiente não transmite aconchego. A TV oferece apenas canais abertos. A porta do quarto funciona com chave tradicional, o que me causou sensação de insegurança. A varanda do primeiro andar é totalmente exposta à rua, sem qualquer tipo de proteção, e a separação entre os quartos se dá por um muro baixo, comprometendo a privacidade. Banheiro: Apresenta mofo, teto descascando e uma claraboia aberta, o que compromete tanto a segurança quanto o conforto térmico. Limpeza: Na chegada, o quarto estava limpo. No entanto, o serviço de arrumação só é feito mediante solicitação do hóspede, o que considero um ponto negativo. Café da manhã: No máximo razoável. Os itens não são repostos à medida que acabam, mesmo ainda dentro do horário previsto para o café.

Estrutura muito precária

Haviam buracos nas paredes de um dos quartos, e buracos no teto do banheiro, a pintura estava toda caindo das paredes e a luz do banheiro não acendia. O cobertor parecia que não havia sido lavado para a estadia, o controle do ar quebrado, ar não funcionou, TV enfiada dentro do armário, controle da TV não funcionou. toalhas com aspecto sujo e encardido.
