Although the property is older and outdated, the staff kept it clean and in order. All staff was extremely nice, helpful, kind, and caring. The location is very central and close to nice restaurants, bars, and shopping mall. Walkable to parks and theaters.

I definitely enjoyed the roof top pool as well as the breakfast. I did not like the fact that I could not check in early, especially after almost 24 hour of traveling. Communication lagged between me and them and they did not make clear what my options for early check in was until I was already checked in.The TV did not work twice. Because there was no second window it was difficult to get a good nights rest with so much noise in the city. And I have stayed in this area before.

Localização excelente ! Fácil acesso. Equipe do café da manhã ótimo! Um senhor muito simpático ! Quarto com bom espaço. Tem estacionamento, mas como o hotel fica numa esquina, o portão de entrada fica num local que necessita dar a volta em quarteirões.
