Worth it!

I was staying at a hostel that didn’t have AC. I noticed this hotel as I was walking past it. I asked if they had rooms available and was told yes and the rates. I looked on hotels.com and found it for a bit cheaper than if I had booked in person. Room was huge and clean. Breakfast was good as well.

I traveled from America to visit my girlfriend in Brazil and every time we came back to the hotel, she was immediately stopped at the the elevator and treated as if she had some type of disease. She was told that I wasn't allowed to have visitors in my room which is weird because I am a 54 year old man and a paying customer. I checked out of my room early the next day . 4 days remaining on my stay and I was never offered my money back or any type of reimbursement. Very shady experience. I've traveled many places but never have been told I couldn't have visitors in my room. And they kept my money !! Don't come to this place!! They treat you as if you're in a concentration camp !

Minha maior questão é o cafe da manhã . Impressiona no primeiro dia. Fiquei 7 dias. O café da manha é excelente mas exatamente igual em todos os dias, pouquissima variação. O rechauld nao mantem o alimento quente, tem 2 sanduicheiras, uma nao aquece praticamente nada e a outra demora muitos minutos, muitos mesmo, para fazer um simples misto quente. E o banheiro tem retorno de cheiro no ralo

A localização do hotel é excelente mas o serviço deixou a desejar. Minha estadia era de sexta a segunda. Não houve sequer limpeza no quarto no domingo, vaso sanitário entupido, toalhas molhadas sem troca. Inconsistências no estacionamento. Mesmo depois de tudo pago (e se paga na entrada), a cancela acusava a falta de pagamento. E ao falar com a funcionária que estava na guarita do estacionamento (inclusive uma mulher mal educada), simplesmente pediu para eu subir e resolver. Olha, se o problema é do hotel, bastava ela ligar para verificar o que estava acontecendo… decepção. É isso atrasou muito minha saída da cidade.
