Worth it!

I was staying at a hostel that didn’t have AC. I noticed this hotel as I was walking past it. I asked if they had rooms available and was told yes and the rates. I looked on hotels.com and found it for a bit cheaper than if I had booked in person. Room was huge and clean. Breakfast was good as well.

Bom, quero começar dizendo que minha estadia no dayrell foi ótimaaaa! Cofesso que fiquei meio apreensiva quando li comentários negativos de pessoas que se hospedaram la , o fato de ser um construção antiga não quer dizer nada pois o hotel está todo reformado (acho que a reforma ainda esta acontecendo). Quarto enoooorme maravilhoso, otimo chuveiro, varios espelhos, enfim gostei muito do nosso quarto, fiquei 5 dias no hotel e mesmo assim não conheci ele todo , muito grande , varios compartimentos. Falaram mal da mobilia por ser retrô, eu amo moveis antigos , então pra mim tudo certo . Quero aqui deixar meus cumprimentos pro atendente da recepção RODRIGO e tbm o DANIEL, gente, que educação, que gentileza, que simpatia, estão de parabéns! Sobre o café da manhã... deliciosoooo! Pra finalizar quero dizer que recomendo o dayrell e que se voltarmos à BH com certeza ficaremos novamente nele

Médio por conta do Checkin

O quarto da minha reserva (cama de casal) não estava disponível. O atendente do Checkin começou com um monte de mentiras: 1) Tentando me convencer que a minha reserva era de quarto com duas camas de solteiro; 2) Que o hotel estava lotado, não tendo como disponibilizar um quarto com cama de casal. 3) Depois que eu lhe mostrei a minha reserva no celular, e pego na primeira mentira, ele mentiu mais uma vez. Disse que me concedeu um upgrade para um quarto luxo superior com cama de casal. Tudo mentira, o quarto de upgrade que disse ter feito era igual aos quartos que fico já há mais de 4 estadias. Esse atendente é muito mentiroso e pensa que o hóspede é trouxa .

Minha maior questão é o cafe da manhã . Impressiona no primeiro dia. Fiquei 7 dias. O café da manha é excelente mas exatamente igual em todos os dias, pouquissima variação. O rechauld nao mantem o alimento quente, tem 2 sanduicheiras, uma nao aquece praticamente nada e a outra demora muitos minutos, muitos mesmo, para fazer um simples misto quente. E o banheiro tem retorno de cheiro no ralo
