"The staff elevates this hotel which is starting to show signs of age. It’s one of the few hotels in the South Center area that offers an airport shuttle service, There is a limited service Starbucks affiliate in the lobby that opens at 6 am."

"When we went into the room we went to turn on the tv it would not turn on. I checked the plug and it was very loose and would not stay in. I fixed it the tv turned on but we were unable to get any stations because there internet was not connected. I called the front desk and they said it would be back up by 6AM. That was a lie. It was not up and I called the front desk. I was told they were sending a tv person to check it. In talking to him he said there was a section of the hotel that was out and they knew about it. We were never told anything about that. Also when entering the room that night there was a large spider on the wall greeting us. We will never return to this hotel. "

"Staff was not at the desk when I checked in and I had to wait a bit for someone to come out. However the property was clean and comfy. Close to Starfire for soccer. "

"I love the location!! It's close to everything! Rooms are clean, (looks clean but doesn't smell clean..prolly comes with the age of the property..)comfy bed!! Staff are friendly and accommodating. Overall good stay! 8/10"
