The AC unit was too large for the room making it act as a dehumidifier instead of colling the room. The bed was definitely not Queen sized as advertised. Chose the hotel because it was one of Choice Hotel's Ascend hotels. We had higher expectations."

"Sketchy checking in, no one is ever at the front they leave a list of numbers to text for help, it’s like someone living there managing the place with babies and kids everywhere.
