Great stay here - all the staff went above and beyond to be helpful. Rooms are excellent and breakfast is delicious!! The hotel even made an event of my birthday with a cake surprise in the bar and balloons in my room. Will be back here on my next trip to Abu Dhabi

For the money we paid we expected something way worse. Spent over a week there and can not say anything wrong about it at all. Staff were fantastic. Very friendly and happy to help. I would specially like to mention the little cleaner guy on level 19. He was brilliant. And also the valet parking team. What a nice bunch of guys. The staff cannot do enough for you! Nothing is a problem. The room was immaculate every day. The restaurants were amazing and the Stratos Bar on the top floor was AMZAZING! Our daily cleaner was Suleiman for our room and he was soon polite it was unreal. As we're ALL the staff. One of the BEST hotels I have ever stayed in. I would Highly recommend it!

A very nice experience with no complaints. Hotel was near to the beach and malls and supermarkets, pharmacy, hospital etc and everything was in walking distance and minutes in a taxi.

There was a delay in my on-line booking coming through. However Youness and his colleagues at the reception went out of their way to get it sorted and ensure we had a great stay. The sauna/spa facilities were well looked after. Loved the stay.

We stayed at this hotel on the 6th of January for 10 nights and it was a marvellous stay. Perfectly located in a nice area with good sound proofing. Behind the hotel is the Al wahda shopping complex with its great supermarket which has a bonus of selling hot food at reasonable prices. Right in front of the Al Rawda hotel is a bus stop and taxi pickup/drop off point. Fares are cheap and drivers are well experienced. Above all we felt safe and comfortable in Abu Dhabi.

We had never been to Abu Dhabi before, although had been to Dubai a couple of times. We looked at a few hotels before deciding on the Sofitel, based on other reviews that we'd read. When we got there, we were not disappointed. We had requested a room on a high floor, and mentioned that it was our wedding anniversary. Place is affordable and nice.

Staff were friendly, room was clean and comfortable. Lovely high tea in the club bar.

Brilliant accommodation and the staff were amazing. Parking was tricky, but the hotel staff parked the car for us which was incredible service - we stayed here for 2 weeks and it was like home from home
