"Local services provided a choice of food. The bed was extremely uncomfortable, pillows were like sleeping on a brick, the first room the window catch was broken couldn't lock the window had to request another room, the building itself is in a terrible condition, windows need replaced got mould on the seals, toilet pan well the dust dirt removed from the base of the pan. A building that needs a good overhaul. "

"We stayed two days. A warm friendly welcome at reception. Giving all the information we needed to get about. Also confirmed our spa days and all the times. Our room was clean and comfortable with amazing views of the Clyde falls. Yea and coffee in the room and hot chocolate for night time. The beds are comfortable and the room was warm. Breakfasts were filling and served well. All the staff are friendly and attentive. Our evening meal for our anniversary was perfect with a delicious nozeco to help. The food was great and the atmosphere was just right. Our sis day started with a light meal. The soup and sandwiches were filling and the brownie and fresh raspberry was out of this world. We enjoyed the sauna and pool till time for our treatments. Both of which were tailored to our needs perfectly and that relaxing I nearly dozed off. Going back to the room we thought we would chill but ended up sleeping the night away peacefully. We enjoyed the roof top garden with beautiful view of the area. We loved this place for the relaxation and beautiful walks in and around the hotel. The spa was amazing and combined well worth the trip. Thanks guys. "
