"The hotel is conveniently located in the CBD with easy access to trams, trains, and by foot to a lot of locations. Our room was in the eastern part of the hotel with two lifts required to reach the upper floor with a bit of a walk required to reach the second lift. Outside noise from groups of people on the street, and trucks emptying skip bins severely affected our sleep for most of the night for all three nights that we stayed. Double glazing would probably help. We would consider staying again, but only if we could request a room in a part of the hotel that was quieter."
