"Very convenient hotel to Schipol with a shuttle every 30 minutes. Bicycle parking at the front. Staff were very helpful. Construction site adjacent but no noise issues."

"My sheets were not clean which was disappointing. The reception is great and very friendly, I only learned about the breakfast area on my last day but it was delicious and very impressive. The spa was a little less than what I expected as it is only a sauna and a pool but still very nice and included in the price for your stay. The hotel is very modern and beautiful and I would stay here again if I visit the city. "

"Upon arrival we tried to warm the room but were never successful even following the instructions ....room was chilly.....radiator not working? Attempted to get ice.....several attempts to call reception with no answer....went downstairs finally to get ice and ice was put into a beer stein. Toilet flushing metal panel at back of toilet was loose on wall so toilet kept running.....you had to push in all different directions to try to stop the toilet from flushing continually. Safe would not open after password picked....reception notified. We arrived on Monday......went into Amsterdam Tuesday am......returned from another day in Amsterdam and our room had not been attended to ie bed not made, no fresh towels etc....looked the same way we had left it! Shuttle system was great. Appreciated free drink voucher"

"Not having to leave the airport in order to get to the hotel was an outstanding convenience. Also, trains go directly from the airport to central Amsterdam. That combination makes the Sheraton the ideal location, especially for short stays."

"Staff is all so helpful. The room i would say just weird having a number two right in the room like that. Unless you close your glass circular doors for your business. This is best for a single traveller. Definitely not a friend’s room."
