"An excellent place to stay in South Goa! The staff is exceptionally courteous, and the spacious rooms are thoughtfully designed. The entire hotel campus is picturesque. The food was delightful, though the breakfast and dinner buffet options could be more diverse."

"The main building was beautiful with high arched ceilings. It was beautifully decorated and fresh flowers daily. The water features were lovely, with some large fish in some. The restaurant we used was the large one down stairs. We used the smaller room off the main as it was air-conditioned and less busy. "Lovely resort. Great service. Airport pickup. Reception. My room overlooking the pool and garden. Restaurant. Pool bar. The staff, all of whom give it all they've got. Friendly atmosphere. Lovely grounds, well maintained and huge. And then on to the beach. Perfect. Wonderful service from Ruella, Goma, Aliya, Hemant, Mintu and Bhupal who kept me well fed. Introducing me to Dosa for breakfast which i grew to love, and ensuring i always had everything i needed. The pool is brilliant. Its massive. Its well maintained. The pool guys / lifeguards fo a superb job. Come to Kenilworth. You will have fun."

Tranquil Escape at The Diwa Club by Alila — Beaut

"We stayed at The Diwa Club for several nights and found it to be a peaceful, well-designed resort with many thoughtful touches. While the setting and rooms are fantastic, there are a few areas where the service and guest experience could be refined to truly deliver on its five-star rating. • Complimentary airport transfers were a great and made arrival seamless. • Communication before arrival was easy, and our room was ready immediately — a spacious, top-floor suite in the centre of the resort and we were checked in, in the room. • The birthday decorations in our room were thoughtful and beautifully done, including a towel “cake” and birthday motif on the bed. A cake and chocolates were also delivered later that day, which we appreciated. • Genuinely one of the largest hotel rooms we’ve stayed in — spacious balcony, a huge very comfortable bed with high-quality linens, and a very large bathroom with dual sinks and wardrobes. A great sleep every night. • The room’s lighting system deserves a mention — the “Night Time” mode keeps soft guide lights on, which was a well-designed touch for late-night bathroom trips. • The 4pm tea/coffee with light Indian snacks and the 6pm evening drink and tapas are a nice idea, though in practice underwhelming. All in all a lovely place would recommend the Club as only a little more expensive than the main hotel. "

ITC Grand Goa, a Luxury Collection Resort & Spa, Goa

Best experience I could hope for!

"We were here for a family trip for 5 days- with our 4yr old and parents and we had an absolute blast. The resort is one of the most family friendly places I’ve been to, and every member of the family thoroughly enjoyed. Kids Club - our 4yo spent most of her time here, she loved making crafts and playing in the playroom. Sheela, Prajakta and Sumita were incredible in keeping the kids engaged and we could easily leave our child in their care. Spa- one of the best spa experiences. Geethu, my therapist was knowledgeable, professional and extremely good Pool- there was an adult-only pool, a toddler pool and a family pool. Given our large group, we used all of them and had an absolute blast. The pools are very well designed, with lots of nooks for groups with all swimming proficiencies to hang out in Food- fantastic food, and an incredible buffet spread. We enjoyed the breakfast buffet each day with options for North Indian, South Indian, western, and local Goan items. I was also very impressed by the multitude of healthy, gluten-free, and vegan options Staff- the staff all over the resort was extremely courteous and helpful. Not once in the 5 days that we spent in the resort that we see somebody not smiling. Overall- I couldn’t have asked for a better experience!"
