"El hotel esta precioso,el problema esta en los restaurantes especializados que no tienen buen servicio y la comida tampoco es adecuada,principalmente el Italiano y mexicano.El buffet tiene muy buen servicio y suministro pero no tienen buffet en la cena,conside4ro deberian tener servicio tambien en la noche. Por lo demas todo bien Andres en la recepcion fue super amable igual que todo el servicio de vallet parking."

"we stayed here for 7 days in March. Without a doubt it is the nicest property we have stayed at in Cancun over the years. service was over the top and the food was quite good. each of the bars was well stocked with top shelf drinks. would strongly recommend"

"Amenities The amenities were fantastic, good food and great liquor selection. The wine selection leaves a lot to be desired. High cost liquors like johnny walker and patron are included but bottled of wine that cost $9 in the states are considered premium. Butlers For butlers we had Sergio and Ana. The butlers were amazing with facilitating dinner bookings, and amending dinner booking requests and were very attentive overall. General Staff We had several instances where the room was not restocked based off of requests or restocked with water at all. This was remedied quickly with the butler service however having to use the butler service so often for these kinds of things made it feel like a necessity to have a butler rather than a luxury and made it feel less like a vip access resort. Even though the butlers were able to get the items remedied it often took hotel staff a long time to complete the task compared to when we reached out to our butler. Cleanliness We did notice after a few days of staying there that we had something black dotting our shower. We originally thought this was just part of the porous shower stone however we later realized that it was able to be scratched off and might of actually been mold. I am sure this is a constant problem with the constant moisture and humidity however a thorough room cleaning and shower cleaning with bleach would most likely resolve this in between guests. Property Condition Not enough characters to continue 2/5 stars"

"Small quiet resort (pool area is loud but beach is quiet, not a lot of entertainment but I don't care about that as I'm there to relax and recharge), very clean, great service. Food is average, drinks are good. Love the beach bar. Plenty of shade at the beach but need to go reserve chairs early. That part is a bummer and shouldn't be allowed. This was our second stay and I would go again because overall it's a great value. "

"We had a great stay at Grand Palladium Select Costa Mujeres. The resort itself is absolutely immaculate—everything was spotless, well maintained, and the grounds were beautiful. Breakfast was good with lots of fresh fruit always available, which we really enjoyed. Lunch had plenty of good options, but our absolute favourite was the wood-fired pizza and gelato—both were excellent and something we looked forward to every day. Dinners were okay, not as memorable as lunch, but still decent with enough variety. Overall, the cleanliness, beautiful resort, and amazing lunch options made this a very enjoyable vacation, and we would definitely return. "
