"A great first night stay for my family. So glad we chose to come to Lausanne instead of a stay in Geneva where we flew in. Beautiful hotel, everyone was VERY friendly. I wish I knew how to speak French but they made me feel very comfortable with the transition to English. The hotel TV adjusted to English when we turned it on. Just a nice touch to make us feel more welcome and that someone thought to do that. Made us feel special. I would stay here again and I’m going to learn more words to say...

"A beautiful grand dame of a hotel. It could benefit from an upgrade in the lobby and hallways. We had a junior suite facing the city. Noise from the street and nearby party was quite annoying, so chose a lake view room. The pool and spa were lovely, the kids had a great time! Very friendly staff, and situated in a great location to explore the old town."

"For us the main reason to come to Vevey was to go to the Chaplin Museum, we stayed 2 nights in this hotel, everything was perfect: the room, service, location, the hotel is in a very beautiful building situated on a lake. We loved Vevey, it is a quiet place, very relaxing, a short bus ride to the museum, the hotel gives a free pass to the public transportation. I strongly recommend the hotel, Vevey and the fantastic Chaplin Museum. "

"We arrived at the location and they didn't let us check in because we weren't a family. We were a couple of friends and just wanted to have location to enjoy out short holidays. They told us they would refund the money but just kept ignoring our messages. We had to do an online check-in where the saw that we weren't a family and didn't say anything until we drove 6h there. DONT EVER BOOK A ROOM HERE. "
