"Quality More than we pay for a hotel, but as it was the end of the holiday, we thought we would. It was worth every penny. From the guy running the parking, reception and all the staff we Matt were both polite and helpful. Clearly, extremely well trained. We were upgraded to a terrace room overlooking the lake, which was absolutely fantastic as was the quality of all aspects of the accommodation. Definitely recommend anyone staying here. "The property is immediately opposite Lausanne rail station and between the 2 metro stops. It is very quiet inside the hotel and the bed was extremely comfortable. There is a coffee maker in the room and a carafe for water. The shower is great. The staff are all very helpful, with ideas for places to visit and transport information "
