"Very accessible. Also has central air conditioning, which became very important during the heat wave we suffered while visiting the Jazz Festival. Very friendly and accommodating desk staff. Wonderful management, as I could tell she runs a very tight ship. Also, it was great to be able to walk out of the front door of the hotel and go directly to the main platform of the train station, which was ultra convenient and that I was not fully aware of until I caught a train to Zurich. "The member of staff was so friendly and helpful. We arrived for the Jazz Festival and had issues parking, but she quickly and effectively helped us. We had a balcony over looking the lake and festival, it was brilliant. We didn't have time to stay for breakfast, but it looked great. We did enjoy a couple of drinks at the bar upon arrival, which was lovely. I would definitely recommend this perfectly situated hotel."
