"Normal Hyatt, nice rooms and clean. I was impressed that when I arrived there was only one person at desk and she was having issue with person she was helping. Someone was in front of me and shortly someone behind me. Person at desk went in back for a minute and a few minutes later there were 3 more people at the fron desk to take care of everyone.
