"Amazing few nights away, rained the whole time so we couldn’t really go out or use the balcony but despite that the hotel is amazing and we were able to use the spa facilities multiple times, enjoyed treatments and the lobby bar was great! Would 100% return. "

"Great hotel. Small room but had everything we needed and very modern. Not enough staff at breakfast time but those working did their very best. Would have been lots of choice if they could keep up with the top ups but some greedy people took more than they needed which meant things ran out quickly. Was an extremely busy weekend. We would definitely stay again when in the area. Lovely bar. Didn’t use leisure facilities. Nice addition having a Starbucks on site. "

"The staff at check in were excellent , I requested a ground floor room due to being temporary movement difficulties, was asked if preferred shower over bath or walk in , again due to temporary difficulties the walk in shower was ideal. We had a room in the new extension which was brilliant even the TV was one of the best in size for a hotel bedroom we have seen. Only one negative during our stay was shortly after check in and sitting at the main entrance the duty manager decided to give a member of the checkin staff a roasting for whatever , our daughter like myself has managed large teams and in no way would we talk to a member of staff in front of others the way the lass had to endure even worse in front of guests. "
