"Detta är inget hotell utan man hyr en lägenhet. Lakan o handdukar ingår men inget annat. Man får bädda själv, vilket inte är något problem men inget vi visste om. Ta med tvål,toapapper, diskmedel både till maskin och handdisk. Köket fungerar bra att fixa frukost o enklare rätter. Liten ugn finns, ingen micro. Möbler behöver en uppdatering, rätt gamla. "Great hotel in an excellent location, very close to the bus station and just a short walk from the town centre. It’s a little on the expensive side, but the convenience and overall experience made it worthwhile. The staff were lovely throughout our stay, and the front-of-house team in particular were excellent and very welcoming. Check-in was quite late, which wasn’t ideal after travelling, but everything else ran smoothly. Having a ski shop within the hotel was a big plus and made organising equipment very easy. The hotel restaurant was reasonably priced for dinner and the food was good. Breakfast, however, was quite expensive, so we ended up opting to eat elsewhere in the mornings. Overall, a very enjoyable stay. The location, helpful staff, and on-site ski facilities made things easy, and I would definitely stay here again."

"Clean rooms, great service, really good breakfast, great staff, and a great floor show. The bar was a fun scene. Dated rooms with funky lighting. One thing to be aware of is that not all rooms have a ski locker associated with the room. Location is great. Easy to get up the hill or to walk to town. We had to ask for a safe to be installed— was done before we finished breakfast—super responsive. Worth the money. "

"We recently stayed at Les Balcons du Savoy. The best part of the experience was the location, which is excellent — close to the ski station and the old town, making it very convenient for getting around. However, a few areas need improvement. The apartment cleanliness wasn’t great. There was visible dust on the floor lamp, and the balcony windows looked like they hadn’t been cleaned in a while. The bed mattress was extremely soft, and after three nights both my husband and I had lower‑back pain. We also couldn’t adjust the room heating, and it was so hot that we were sweating even with the windows open. Some facilities also fell short. The game room was dark and had a noticeable smell, which made it uninviting. The swimming pool is nice, but the chlorine was very strong, and the shower facilities could be better equipped with towels and more comfortable showers. Service was another weak point. Staff felt quite cold, particularly Nathalie. When I asked for a room with a better view, she immediately said it wasn’t possible. Only after I asked for her name and to speak to a manager did she return with two options within minutes, which didn’t give a great impression. For first‑time skiers, clearer guidance on how the ski station and transport work would also be helpful. Overall, the location is great, but cleanliness, comfort, facilities, and staff approachability could be improved to make the stay more enjoyable."
