This was a beautiful property and we loved our stay. It was in a great area with easy walking access to everything in Chamonix. Our porch had a view of the mountains and the actual unit was clean, well designed and felt new. The staff were friendly and helpful and the property had a workout room we were able to use as well. We would stay here again!

We had an outstanding stay at your hotel. Accommodations were outstanding and the front dest staff was so helpful especially Jespur (Not sure on the spelling). He guided us to several things to do around the village, gave great directions, and genuinely cared about our stay and our trip!

The unit was well supplied and very comfortable. I hope to return for a longer stay! The location is excellent with easy access to the roads, underground parking, and a close walk into the center.

Fantastic location close to the lift and a short walk to town. The facility offers morning bakery deliveries and nice steam room and sauna access. Staff were friendly and very helpful and rooms were clean and spacious. Kitchenette was well equipped for cooking at home but lacked essentials like salt and pepper.

An apartment hotel designed like a country cottage. The apartment was very spacious and very comfortable. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need. Right in front of the hotel there is a huge supermarket where you can find everything you need. The pool and spa at the hotel are excellent. The hotel is located right next to the cable car that goes up to l'Aiguille du midi Highly recommended!

We always love staying at Le Cristal de Jade when visiting Chamonix; it’s our go-to place! The property is beautifully maintained, and the pool area is a wonderful spot to relax after a day out in the mountains. One area for improvement would be ensuring the apartment is thoroughly cleaned before check-in. During our last stay, we noticed it wasn’t as spotless as we’ve come to expect. A little more attention to detail would make the experience even better.

Fantastic stay - would absolutely return. Friendly helpful staff, the rooms were well equipped to cook and very comfortable. I used the spa everyday and can’t complain. Pool is a little cold but fine once you’re in. Gym has excellent quality equipment (although a tad warm in there!)

Great property. Awesome location with fantastic view on Mont Blanc. Enjoyable terrace. Some of the walls could be refreshed. The only drawback was the noise coming from our neighbours upstairs.

A Perfect Accommodation in Every Way

We stayed in a room with two bedrooms and a stunning view, perfect for our retired parents and our 7-year-old child. From the bedding to the kitchen facilities, there was nothing to complain about. It's right next to the most famous cable car station in Chamonix, and the location is excellent. The parking lot is accessible with a key card after check-in, and it's spacious and secure. You can access all the facilities through the underground without going outside. It was the perfect start to our family trip after COVID"

The property was just fantastic! Amazing location with great views, located just outside Aguile du Midi cable car within a walkable distance to lots of shops and restaurants. The reception staff were just fab, very helpful, knowledgeable and couldn’t do enough for us. Thank you. Our apartment was spotless, well equipped, spacious and very comfortable. Couldn’t have asked for more. The spa facilities were excellent, very clean and inviting and a great selection of spa treatments! We had a lovely stay with our 3 year old daughter and we will be visiting again. We thoroughly recommend this property.

The location is just great. The staff at the residence are very kind and ready to help. Big kudos to “Arnaud” at the reception, he is amazing, caring, kind and his advices were very beneficial during our stay. I will take a point away because of the WiFi. Connection isn’t that great and if you’re planning on working at night as I did, you might be disappointed. It is just a detail and I’m sure it can be fixed. We definitely gonna come to this town and this residence. Thank you guys

This was my second time here (and soon I'm staying here for the third time). The property is immaculate and an absolute steal for the very reasonable pricing. Apartments are spacious, have a nice chaltet feel and cosiness yet very modern, balconies are large, and free spa facilities are great (sauna, hammam, jacuzzi, pool). The frontdesk is very helpful and transparent. Mr. Phillipe was very responsive even before we reached and made sure we had the best possible apartment exactly matching the very specific requirements I had requested for (unobstructed view of Mt. Blanc and Les Bossons glacier). Simialarly Mr. Josquin was also very patient in answering our queries and helping us plan our days. Lastly, the location is awesome. You are within 500mts from village main street with loads of dining and shopping options. Aguille du Midi cable car and train station are just steps away. The free parking is a bonus. La Cristal De Jade is now our annual destination to catch up with friends or just with family.

Infested. Literally.

Stayed for a week in mid-September. Lots to like, location, very friendly staff, roomy and clean apartment, and very well equipped kitchen. However, we could hear a small scratching sound in the wall above our bed from the first night. After 2 nights went to talk to staff about and we were told there is a termite (or something similar) infestation!! We were told there is nothing to do until the place is closed in November and fumigated. With all the scratching in the walls, it was quite hard to sleep or have a relaxing evening on the couch. I get that the staff couldn't do anything, but this doesn't seem like 5-star service. It would have been great if they let us know in advance or offered some kind of compensation. I would highly reconsider if you are planning on staying here before November.

Fantastic pool, hot tub and saunas! Room was very well equipped, clean and spacious. Staff was friendly and helpful. One weird thing... We asked for more toilet paper and were told we were supposed to buy our own. But they supplied us a roll anyway for 'emergency needs'.

Overall a good stay. Staff at Reception are very pleasant but it is a bit slow as there is only one poor employee that seems to be doing the job of many, checking in, answering the phones, minding the bar and serving drinks and also bringing items to your room if needed like cots etc. Reception completely shuts outside of the hours of 8am-8pm you can’t even get into the area, dread to think what would happen if you lost your room key? We had a medical issue with one of our children and needed advice on who to call however it was past 8pm and there wasn’t even an answer on the telephone. I had asked for a cot and iron prior to my arrival, neither of which were there so we had to wait with a very restless 4 month old before we could get him off to bed We were looking onto the road which was very loud during the night. However the room was nice, small things like staining on the walls and curtains could be addressed but otherwise clean and tidy. Bear in mind if you’re planning on using the sofa bed it comes out as two single beds with quite a large gap down the middle so would not be suitable for small children The pool is great and easily accessed.
