Stayed here for 2 days and I really liked it - we arrived early on the day of check-in and the hotel staff made the room available 3 hours ahead of check-in time.
That was very nice of them.

Hotel car picked me from Mumbai airport promptly. Check in was quick and friendly. Room was quite and comfortable. Hotel staff was helpful with finding local taxi for me for my meeting. Breakfast next morning was good. The hotel car dropped me off at international airport next evening. I was upgraded to Suba International!

The room had a smell that was off putting and was unpleasant. The staff were friendly but the hotel taxi price was pricey and the driver was not well informed of the tourist spots. There are shops close by and this was useful and we felt safe . Good location with airport nearby and restaurants close by

Great place to stay. I would definitely go back and stay there.Funny part is, we actually miss the room.
Fantastic location. Western Expressway and the Metro station is a minute's walk. Auto/Taxi stand always available.

Extremely courteous and helpful staff. (It actually seems that good service is a culture here. not something that is done reluctantly. We received the same kind of help at 2am...
