"Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Kensington prime a very enjoyable boutique hotel in a great location near Olympia station could get around from there to anywhere. We enjoyed comfy beds and great designs of the room and interior that made it feel homey. Staff was friendly and helpful. We didn’t take advantage of the breakfast or other activities but seemed like there was everything available. Our only feedback was lack of a proper shower curtain but that’s minor! You will enjoy staying here. "

"These compact rooms boast good design and a clean, economical layout, and that was true for the most part. However, the bathroom requires serious gymnastics just to sit on the toilet, as the sink in room 6 is positioned so close that it presses against your chest. This is not merely poor design, it verges on a code violation. Someone was clearly not paying close enough attention during construction. That said, the bed was clean and comfortable, and the heating worked very well."

"Good pricing for London, located just outside of Kensington in a quite diverse neighbourhood with many interesting shops. My room was okay, everything was very clean, the beds were comfortable and the shower working, which are the most important features. There was a kettle and complimentary coffee/tea. The bathroom had the charm of an airplane toilet cabin and could use a refresher though. The staff was very friendly and helpful."

"Property in good location about 7 minutes walk to underground Place was tired and fittings and furnishings (except for comfortable bed) were old The property is on a relatively busy road so noise could be a factor especially for light sleepers especially if you have a room facing onto the road Value for money was still very good considering access to both a fridge and microwave oven and cooking utensils"

"I'm gonna say the hotel and staff are really ok, no problems at all. Parking is an issue if you are driving there and when I asked where I could park I was directed to an area that has a "90mins Max" restriction. If we'd gone on the train/underground it would not of been a problem. Reception doubles as a bar, so don't expect a bar area but soft drinks are reasonably priced for London (didn't order any alcohol so don't know). Overall friendly staff, rooms are a little tight but clean and of a decent standard. Outside tacky multi coloured doors do not reflect the higher standard of decor inside the rooms. Floors are a bit wonky as they should be in an old English building and add character. I would stay there again but not if I was driving."
