We were greeted on arrival with a cold refreshing Lemongrass Tea and some delicious dried Broad Beans. We arrived in our room 107 to the most beautiful smell which was an oil burner with an exotic smell in oil our bathroom. Our room was so clean and the added bonus was the water cooler with both hot/cold water. Every morning our room was serviced by the wonderful staff who were very helpful...

"The Lokha Hotel has always been one of our favourites We love the Balinese decor, the pool, the swim up bar. The rooms are a good size & the beds are very comfortable. The bathroom has a bath & the upstairs rooms have balconies. Delicious buffet breakfasts. The spa & massage treatments are fabulous & well priced. I loved my facial! The hotel is close to the beach, good restaurants & shopping. Right near Garlic Lane. We love staying here, the Staff are warm & welcoming. "

"I had a 2 night booking in a Junior Suite but when I arrived I was given a Deluxe room instead. In the morning I spoke with reception, a very nice guy who checked everything and admitted that they were in error for the booking. I was given the option of a refund or for the second night to be upgraded to the President Suite, which I took up. The suite was spacious and very well decorated throughout Thank you to staff and management for the upgrade. Mistakes happen but the response was...

"While some rooms are a little dated, our deluxe room was quite spacious and outside bathroom also quite big. Staff are so helpful and location is great , close to everything. Swim up bar but pool not overly big but adequate. The lush green grounds are beautiful."

"Ive stayed at this hotel on many occasions. Its reputation is always the same, friendly, helpful, very considerate to its guests, the breakfast is wonderfull, buffet, suits all taste buds, im sure. "Looking for a one night cheap night stop over,and for just $30 ,then it's OK.But I can not imagine having a holiday in this type of property. Dark damp and dingy but provided a good night sleep and early checkout to something more up market. The property is very tired looking worn out and more suited to domestic tourism , not international"
